Big Wins on 10th Amendment Bills: Bipartisan Support!

There is big news regarding the two 10th Amendment bills being considered in the General Assembly, specifically HB10 (Virginia Healthcare Freedom Act) and HB69 (Virginia Firearms Freedom Act)!
