Republican Senator Walter Stosch (VA-12), long-seen as being weak on conservative principles, announced today his intent to resign from office.
Senator Stosch was one of three “republicans” that supported Governor Terry McAuliffe’s Medicaid expansion, and was seen as a target to replace in the next election cycle.
