Our 100% all volunteer Events/Rally committee at the Richmond Tea Party has been working hard to plan our 2nd Annual Tax Day Rally. We are thrilled to announce that Charles Payne of Fox Business News has agreed to headline the day! Payne is on the daily Varney & Co. show each morning on FOX Business. He is also a contributor to FOX News Channel (FNC), frequently appearing on shows such as “Cashin’ In,” “Cavuto on Business,” and “Bulls and Bears.” In addition, Payne is the chief executive officer and principal analyst of Wall Street Strategies, an independent stock market research firm he founded in 1991. Widely recognized as a leader in the analyst community, Payne’s first book, “Be Smart, Act Fast, Get Rich,” was published in May 2007.

I am a conservative and have enjoyed listening to Charles on Fox for a long time but when he said on the Glenn Beck show that he voted FOR President Obama(and AGAINST his “so-called” conservative values), I am no longer a fan.
It is ironic that he is now attending tea parties complaining about how our government has been run lately when he helped usher this madness in.
Shame on Charles Payne!
What better story than someone who realizes how bad their vote was and is doing what he can to set the record straight? Someone who has turned their support away from Obama because they see how destructive his policies are for our country? That is powerful to us. We find it even more powerful than someone who never liked Obama.
I am such a big fan of Charles and am so upset that I will miss him since many Representatives from each Tea Party Chapter will be in D.C. on April 15, 2010 at 7:00 PM for the Tea Party National Rally. What a shame….wish I could cut myself in half…The Conservative movement is trying to bust Washington D.C. at the seams with Tea Partiers. For those who cannot make it, there is no excuse to miss this event and have the priviledge of rallying with Charles, Doc, Lee, Jimmy, Patrick and many more Conservative speakers who hold our liberties so dear. God bless each and everyone of you dear Patriots and remember….we will all be together in spirit on April 15, 2010. In unison, we will show our Government that we are here to stay, demanding smaller government, demanding fiscal responsibility and demand that they adhere to our Constitution without waiver! Like Reagan said….”We came to change the nation, but instead we changed the world”. Let’s change the world, fellow Tea Party Brothers and Sisters….it’s time to make our founding fathers proud! How will our movement grow if we do not hold out our hand to those who want to preserve what the framers created? We all have made mistakes politically in trusting a candidate that fell short of our beliefs. None of us have a perfect political record. What is important is that we learn so as not to repeat history. Go shake this Patriot’s hand, you’ll see it in his eyes how sincere he is and how much he loves this country. Charles is a true Patriot and could not be anymore Conservative than the next one. God Bless you, Mr. Fallat.

I am such a fan of Charles Payne- his story is so American and he truly understands this destructive administration and the deceitful nature of their intent to destroy us.
I feel that our own government has declared war on the American People- those that aren’t paying attention- will one day say ” what happened”?
My husband and I were vacationing in Va. and made a point of being in Richmond for your Tax Day Rally.
Thanks to all your wonderful speakers but especially enjoyed listening to Charles Payne. He was outstanding and so was your rally!
